Golden Mile

The Golden Mile runs along the coast between Marbella town and Puerto Banús, rising from beachfront estates to the foothills below La Concha. It is the most recognised address in Marbella and remains a reference point for value along the coast.

Mature gardens, gated estates and low-density villa streets on the north side; beachfront villas and boutique apartment complexes to the south. Everything daily life needs is within a short drive, and the beach, old town and Puerto Banús are all close.

Large detached villas, beachside estates, established luxury apartment complexes and a limited number of new-build boutique schemes. Plots north of the main road tend to offer more privacy and views; beachside plots command a premium for direct access.
