2. Purposes of processing

We process personal data only for the purposes below, using the information you choose to provide.

We do not request bank documents or identity documents through this website. We do not make automated decisions with legal effect about you.

3. Retention

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and is then deleted or anonymised, unless longer retention is required by law (for example, anti-money-laundering records, which Spanish law requires to be kept for ten years). Recruitment data is kept for the duration of the selection process, or for up to one year with your consent for future opportunities.

4. Recipients and processors

We do not sell personal data. We use service providers that process data on our behalf under data-processing terms:

Website hosting and infrastructure (Vercel Inc.)
Email and communication providers we use to reply to you
WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), when you choose to contact us that way
Customer-relationship and enquiry-management tools, where used

With your prior agreement only, we may introduce you to independent professionals such as lawyers, tax advisors, lenders or DA Wealth Solutions. Each of them is a separate controller responsible for its own processing.

5. International transfers

Some providers, such as our hosting provider, may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, transfers rely on an adequacy decision (including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified) or on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing. Send your request to info@marbellapropertyadvisory.eu, and we may ask you to confirm your identity.

7. Complaints to the supervisory authority

If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es) or with the supervisory authority of your EU country of residence.
